SafeBond® MAX
SafeBond® MAX is our patented low-temperature, indirect arc brazing system for attaching electrical connectors anywhere on the rail, safely, without any welding or drilling.

Using advanced silver brazing technology, SafeBond® MAX delivers exceptionally low transition resistance and ensures reliable signal detection. The process takes less than a minute, reducing time trackside and enhancing operator safety.
Powered by the compact MX100 battery unit, SafeBond® MAX combines ergonomic design with environmental responsibility, replacing traditional lead-based systems. Its automated brazing gun guarantees consistent, high-strength bonds, often stronger than the cable itself, while requiring little to no maintenance.
Trusted worldwide, SafeBond® MAX provides a safer, faster, and more reliable way to create permanent electrical rail connections—protecting both operators and infrastructure.
SafePlug®
SafePlug® is designed to perform in harsh climates, delivering constant contact pressure and superior electrical contact in every connection. Its high-strength acid-proof stainless steel bolt (A4-80) and patented contact cone ensure exceptional conductivity and reliability.
Engineered to withstand large temperature differences and vibrations, SafePlug® guarantees a tight connection that reduces corrosion risk, making it the ultimate choice for demanding environments. SafePlug® is available in sizes M6 to M16 and supports all web sizes, delivering tailored solutions for any application.
SafePlug® can be fitted with Hardlock self-locking nut. Hardlock will stay intact through heat, high power throughput and the most severe vibrations. Japanese Railways have specified Hardlock Nuts for more than 40 years. In the UK, Network Rail have specified Hardlock Nuts for over 10 years.

Milwaukee MWK18V

The battery-operated Milwaukee MWK18V is a lightweight and easily manoeuvrable rail drilling machine. It is equipped with a powerful efficient electric engine powered by a high capacity 12Ah battery and therefore the machine is very silent.
Thanks to the smart rail profile model, simple clamping system, keyless Weldon mount and silent/efficient operation, the MWK18V ensures minimal effort and maximum operator safety.
Use with Safetrack® Super Drilling Paste (no need for cooling fluid) or with cooling fluid from the tank.
Drilling time approximately 20 to 60 seconds, depending of diameter of the hole and hardness of the rail.
In tests, the machine can make 15 pcs of 33mm holes in UIC60 rails with an 18V 12Ah battery.

Rail Monitor System
The Rail Monitor System provides continuous, real-time condition monitoring of railway switches, critical components that are among the leading causes of train delays and costly maintenance. By tracking essential parameters such as switch gap, position, speed, and rail temperature, the system identifies irregularities before they escalate into failures.
At the core of the solution is TrackSoft360 software, which transforms traditional periodic inspections into predictive maintenance. The platform delivers clear, data-driven insights, ensuring operators can act quickly, schedule timely repairs, and extend turnout life.
With 24/7 monitoring and early warning alerts, the Rail Monitor System enhances safety, reduces operational disruptions, and drives down long-term costs—helping rail networks achieve smarter, more reliable switch management.
RM-1 Sensor
The RM-1 is a wireless triaxial inclinometer, purpose-built for track geometry and void monitoring and a component in Railmonitor’s TrackBed360 Series. It offers a reliable and long-term solution for monitoring critical infrastructure.
Each sensor securely transmits encrypted data to the optional Railmonitor LoRaWAN gateway, which forwards the information to the Digital Service Platform.
What sets the RM-1 sensor apart is its breakthrough edge computing technology, presenting an unmatched dynamic measurement feature by any other sensor on the market.
Designed to withstand the toughest conditions, the RM-1 operates reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40ºC to +85ºC, making it the ideal choice for high-performance, long-term monitoring in demanding environments.
